Directions to Hartsfield-Jackson Landside Operations / Volunteer Office

If you’re driving to the airport . . .

Park in NORTH HOURLY LOWER LOT

Enter through Door # LN2. Immediately after passing through the double glass automatic doors, you will see an alcove on the right. The Volunteer Office is on the left in the alcove.

If you should park in the Upper North Terminal Lot, enter into the North Terminal and take the escalator across from the AirTran Ticket Counters down to the lower terminal.At the bottom of the escalator, turn left, and go through the double glass automatic doors.Continue down the hallway until you come to the end of the corridor.Right before the double glass automatic doors exiting the building, you will see an alcove on your left.The Volunteer Office is on the left in the alcove.

You will be provided with a parking pass when you arrive.

If you are taking MARTA . . .

Go into the North Terminal Corridor to the AirTran Ticket Counters. Take the escalator across from the AirTran Ticket Counters down to the lower terminal. At the bottom of the escalator, turn left and go through the double glass automatic doors. Continue down the hallway until you come to the end of the corridor. Right before the double glass automatic doors exiting the building, you will see an alcove on your left. The Volunteer Office is on the left in the alcove.

Volunteers taking MARTA will be provided with a round-trip MARTA pass when they come in for their shifts.

The Landside Operations Office is always kept locked, so please knock!
