Filming and Photography

Effective July 1, 2008, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s commercial photography fees, film location fees, and procedure schedule fees will change. The chart below details the changes:

Application Processing Schedule: Two Weeks' Notice
Application Processing Fee: $200 (non-refundable; must be submitted with application)
Scouting Trips, Site Tours, Pre-Shoot Meetings $50/hour (two-hour minimum)
Filming inside of Airport and airfield operations area $500/hour (includes one Airport escort)
Filming curbside, exteriors and roadways $400/hour (includes one Airport escort)
Cancellation Fee $100 (without the required 24-hour notice)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to film appointments or a $100 fee will be assessed.
