Concierge Services
Concierge Services provides travelers with quick documentation services from around the world, including visas, U.S. passports, foreign passports, authentications
and legalizations, apostilles, photographs for passports and visas, research visa
requirements, tracing passports and translations. Additionally, they assist travelers
with numerous business services.
Hours:
6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Monday through Friday
6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Saturday
6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Sunday

Conventioners Bureau
The Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) maintains a visitor center at
Hartsfield-Jackson to provide travelers with information that will help them make
their stay in Atlanta as enjoyable as possible. The center offers free restaurant, lodging, entertainment and local attractions information.

9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Monday through Friday9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Saturday
1 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Sunday

Travelers Aid
Travelers Aid of Metro Atlanta is an international organization of volunteers devoted
to offering emergency assistance to travelers worldwide. Additionally, it provide
social services to the homeless and low-income families.

Meet & Assist Program
This service is for travelers requiring assistance (families, children, seniors and disabled passengers)
with connections in Atlanta to other flights or with ground transportation.
A Travelers Aid representative will greet the passenger(s) at the arrival gate and
ensure the individual(s) makes
"the right connection."
This is a fee-based service payable in advance.
Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - starting at $55
Monday through Friday - 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. - starting at $75
Weekends and holidays - starting at $75
(Fees may be higher based on time spent with client)
